Check In / Check Out
The hotel stay begins and ends in accordance with the Bel Mon Resort regulations. Extending the hotel day is possible only upon request, if it is possible. For this purpose, please contact the Reception. The extension of the day is payable and possible only if places are available.
Cancellation of the booking
All the rules for making a prepayment and the possibility of canceling a reservation differ depending on the selected offer. When choosing an offer, please check the conditions in the booking or the description of the stay package in detail.
Children and extra beds
Bel Mon Resort provides free stay for children up to 3 years of age. For our youngest guests we have provided a travel cot with bedding included in the price of the stay. For children from 4 to 8 years old there is a 50% fee, children over 8 years old are treated in the fee as adults. The price of children’s stay also includes cosmetics, bathrobes and a welcome snack. The fee for an extra bed is 300 PLN and it is available in the Deluxe Room or Suite room type.
ANIMALS
We accept pets for an additional fee. The arrival with a pet should be reported at the booking stage. Guests are required to inform what breed the animal is and whether it belongs to a dangerous breed, as such reservations will not be accepted. A valid vaccination booklet is obligatory to present. With the animal throughout the resort, you must walk on a leash or on your hands inside the facilities. It is strictly forbidden to bring pets into the spa area and restaurant area.
Additional fees
Additional fees are charged for renting bikes, renting electric bikes and charging electric vehicles based on the currently valid price lists available at the reception of the resort.
Acceptable cards
All current possible forms of payment when making a reservation in the online system are available in the reservation system. We also accept cash payments up to the applicable regulations of the amount of acceptable cash payments.
